Hello, and welcome to the Selectivity blog. Since it’s probably not likely we’ll have a chance to sit down over a cup of coffee anytime soon (although if you’re ever near Ann Arbor, we could give it a try), this is the next best thing: a place to share ideas about marketing, writing, and business. And, since none of us live solely in the marketing/writing/business world (as much as it might seem like it sometimes), once in a while I’ll touch on other topics, just as I would during any conversation.

Of course, I wouldn’t be much of a conversationalist without fresh, interesting, and occasionally thought-provoking ideas and insights, so I encourage you to check back often to see what’s new. It’s also not much of a conversation if you don’t respond, so I hope you’ll take the time to share your own experiences and ideas, too.

So, pour that cup of coffee (or diet soda, or chai tea, or whatever else gets you through the day), pull up your keyboard and mouse, and let the conversation begin.
